Welcome to Blush Hair Extensions & Academy. I’m Kristine, founder of Blush and proud owner of The Milano Hair & Beauty Suite in Larkhall.
With over 30 years in hairdressing, I’ve had the pleasure of helping so many clients feel beautiful and confident. For me, the most rewarding moment is seeing someone look in the mirror and smileto know they feel more like themselves again.

These awards mean so much to me, because behind them are years of hard work, wonderful clients and a love for what I do.
Blush grew from that same love of helping people. After years of sourcing and testing hair, alongside specialist training in extension methods, I wanted to create a brand that brings together beautiful hair, personal care and the experience I’ve gained behind the salon chair.
Teaching hair extensions has been a dream of mine for a long time. I’ve always wanted to share what I’ve learned the skills, the little practical tips and the lessons that come from years of working with real clients. Bringing Blush Academy to life is a very special chapter for me, and I’m proud to welcome you into it.
You don’t have to know everything on day one. We all start somewhere.
I remember what it feels like to learn something new: the excitement, the nerves and the worry about getting it right. That’s why I want every student to feel welcome, comfortable asking questions and supported as they build their confidence.
Beginning with Butterfly Weft training, Blush Academy offers practical learning with a personal touch, whether you join me in the salon or learn online. My aim is to help you understand the care behind each fitting, as well as the technique, and feel proud of the work you create.
My hope is that you leave with more than a new skill with confidence in your ability, pride in your progress and excitement about where your career could take you.
Blush Academy is built from experience, hard work and a dream close to my heart. Being part of your journey is something I’ll never take for granted.
